Access inside the castle is allowed only with a compulsory guided tour of 45 minutes. It is not possible to make the visit by yourselfs for reasons related to the protection of the building and to ensure the safety of visitors.

Booking is recommended for individual visitors, especially on w.e. and bank holidays at least one day in advance (by 17:30 hours of the day before the visit, after this time any email sent to request reservation will not be considered for organizational reasons).

Visits departure times:
in the morning 10:30, 11.15, 12, 12.45
in the afternoon 14:30, 15.15, 16, 16.45, 17.30 (17:30 until 31.10).

Without reservation, in case of large flows, entry may not be guaranteed at the time of arrival.

Reservations are always required for groups (min. 12 adults) or large groups.

To request a reservation send an email to: info@castellodiserralunga.it providing the following information:
- the name and surname of the reference person;
- the date of the visit;
- the desired visit round;
- the number of participants;
- a telephone number;

Only with these informations can the staff verify the availability and perfect the reservation by communicating the subsequent confirmation. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only and exclusively after our confirmation by email.

WARNINGS

The castle stands on top of the hill overlooking the village of Serralunga d'Alba.

To get there you need to go up a cobblestone climb. People with severe mobility disabilities have access by car to the entrance and can visit the cobbled outdoor courtyard. The presence of architectural barriers that cannot be overcome prevents, unfortunately, the visit of the interior spaces of the castle.

Access with your dog is allowed, provided it is kept on a leash, does not disturb other visitors and leaves no trace of its passage.
A bowl with fresh water and dog mess bags are available.
Access to the castle's interior spaces is allowed for small dogs, carried in visitors’ arms.
